Welcome to the Big Fella’s WINE CLUB.

The Big Fella’s Wine Club is very exclusive. You have to be 18 years of age or over, be a resident of and residing in Australia, and agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.

 

There is no membership fee payable for joining the Big Fella’s Wine Club.  Applications for Membership can be made by completing the Wine Club Membership form in our cellar door or by completing the online sign up form through our website.  The Big Fella reserves the right to grant or refuse membership of the Big Fella’s Wine Club to any applicant.

 

Couple of things to note: by joining and providing your details to the Big Fella’s Wine Club, you authorise Boer Baie Trust (ABN 93 170 168 595) to debit the provided credit card with the total cost of the wine deliveries as they occur quarterly. Deliveries will be processed automatically, with a minimum 7-days notice, by email prior to being debited.

 

Members to the Big Fella’s Wine Club entitles you to:

• No joining or annual fees

• FREE delivery on all wine purchases (Australia wide)

• Special wine offers and pre-release notifications

• Special and exclusive wine offers throughout the year on Big Fella wines

 

The Big Fella’s Wine Club consists of 3 membership options.

 

Big Fella’s Selection entitles the member to a 6 bottle mix box at a fixed fee. Members must commit to quarterly deliveries of 6 bottles for a minimum of 2 deliveries.

 

Big Fella’s Whites entitles the member to a 6 bottle white wine box at a fixed fee. Members must commit to quarterly deliveries of 6 bottles for a minimum of 2 deliveries.

 

Big Fella’s Reds entitles the member to a 6 bottle white wine box at a fixed fee. Members must commit to quarterly deliveries of 6 bottles for a minimum of 2 deliveries.

Shipments are for Members personal consumption only and must not be used for retail sale.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Big Fella’s Wine Club memberships are ongoing, however, Members may terminate their Membership at any time after 2 scheduled deliveries by notifying Big Fella Wines by phone, email (wine@bigfellawines.com.au) or by visiting the cellar door in person.

 

If the member wishes to cancel their membership, the request must be received prior to the processing and despatch date of their notified upcoming delivery. Members are liable to pay for only those wine packs that have been dispatched prior to membership change/cancellation notification.

 

CHANGE OF DETAILS

The member understands that it is their responsibility to inform Big Fella Wines of any change in address and delivery details.  Charges incurred with recovery of wines to an old or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the Member.

 

DELIVERY

Big Fella Wines uses Australia Post to deliver physical goods.  Delivery may take between 5 and 14 days, depending on the location and delivery method. 

Deliveries will comply with the rules and regulations of Australia Post.

 

If we are advised that the carrier is unable to deliver the goods, or if the delivery address has not been updated prior to your wine selection despatch, we will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. Return & Re-delivery fees apply.

 

PRICE & CREDIT CARD CHARGES

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include GST.  Our prices are subject to change – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order.

 

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa or MasterCard.

 

As a wine club member, you understand your wine club selections will be processed and shipped automatically in your nominated delivery seasons. 

 

Wine is subject to vintage change, and the Big Fella reserves the right to change or exchange wines in the selection based on vintage availability. Notification of your upcoming wine delivery will be made by email with a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to processing payment. You can change the wine choice at any time within 7 days of your wine dispatch. If no changes are made, the previous selection will be rolled over.

WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY

Wine is a perishable commodity.  The Big Fella is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipping. When your wine order is picked up by the Australia Post/courier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

LIQUOR ACT

Under Australian law, you must be 18 years or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Boer Baie Trust.  It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

Queensland Liquor Producer’s Licence number 218018. Big Fella Winery encourages a responsible attitude to the consumption of alcohol.

 

OTHER

The Big Fella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary the terms and conditions of the The Big Fella’s Wine Club.  Should the Big Fella vary the terms and conditions, we will notify the Member via the email address provided on the Member’s application form.  Your continued participation in the Big Fella’s Wine Club after such notification will constitute your deemed acceptance of such variations. 

 

The Big Fella’s Wine Club reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of Members and any other information relevant to Membership or participation in the Big Fella’s Wine Club.  Verification is at the discretion of the Big Fella’s Wine Club, whose decision is final.
